Overview:

Two km from Upazila Sadar on B-Para-Harimangal Road. Naighar village is far away. On the north bank is the huge Eidgah Maidan, next to it are Naighar Islamia Dakhil Madrasa and Haji Rehan Uddin Hafizia Madrasa. Settlements on the south and west banks and cemeteries on the east bank. In the middle is 'Balan Dighi', a gift of beautiful nature. No one knows the real history of Balan. However, it is said that 300 years ago, the place of this lake was like a river or a canal. Later, the tank was miraculously built in one night. The east bank has been filled with soil. The nearby settlements woke up one morning and saw a sample of the dighi. Gradually settlements began to form on both banks of the Balan. Since then, the people of the area have been using the eastern bank of the lake as a graveyard. Many have been calling this cemetery the regional language. Tell me on the bank of Dighi, so tell Dighi. Or (miraculous) energy> ball> ball> ball can also be named from this transformation. At present this Dighi is a khas of the government. The area of this lake is 6.43 acres.
